About Me

During my career as a professional ballet dancer and during my studies, I have acquired extensive knowledge of the body's biomechanics and regeneration. In addition to classical ballet, my training also includes floor barre, yoga and Pilates.

My mission with BallerinaFit is to offer an alternative to typical personal training so that you too can achieve your ballerina body. The focus is on personalized training programs that include both stretching and strength training. My goal is to motivate and empower women and accompany them on the way to their fitness goals.
